UPDATE: Unfortunately I had a second issue that I needed Shay to represent me with. He was well prepared and in under 5 minutes at my first court appearance was able to have my case dismissed. Despite my issue having started just prior to COVID, Shay stuck with me for the nearly 3 years it took to resolve my case with a not guilty verdict.
