There machines keep taking my money without printing tickets and drivers dont just accept the time stamped recipt showing i payed, these scammers have cheated me out of several rides.
Every damn morning on St. Albert Trail it’s the same thing — 5 or 6 St. Albert Transit buses lined up across both lanes like they’re leading a parade. They block traffic, cut people off, and drive like they own the whole city. We already have enough traffic headaches here without these buses making it worse. I’ve driven in Edmonton for years and I’ve never seen ETS pull this kind of stunt. I see all em bad reviews from people St Albert might as well switch to ETS it's a matter of time till they become part of Edmonton.
Buses are either late(waiting for other commuters from other buses) On weekends they are always early!!!! I work in St. Albert and twice the 201 came 6 minutes early and I had to wait a hour for the next bus. Which made me late for work. I guess you have to leave 3-4 hrs early to make sure you’re on time which is CRAP!
If I could give zero stars I would, The majority of the bus drivers are rude, they're pretty much always late and when they're not late they're early, they're literally never actually on schedule, and when you ask the bus driver why they were so late they say "Oh well I left on schedule" that's cool but now you're not on schedule so hurry up be on time, and if you're early wait a minute leave on time, as a bus driver you're literal job description is to follow the schedule and get to the scheduled stops on time not early not... read more
