The staff at Everitt Gardens have been very respectful, kind, professional and welcoming. They always have kind words and a smile. My parents were always respected and cared for by staff at all levels over the years. Very appreciated!!!!
Dad has been here for over 2 years at this point. We decided to install a camera in his room as his skills at using the phone were going downhill and we wanted to be able to check on him instead of calling the staff in a panic all the time. Before installing the camera we assumed he was getting cared for amazingly well. Well we were very wrong. While alot of the staff is absolutely amazing, others care very little. April 2026 Update again: As expected, the dementia has been going downhill. In December 2025 we added the Internet to his room and put up a video camera because our daily calls were no longer getting answered and we worried. We are welcome to put up cameras as long as we tell staff and put a sign on the door about it. We now recommend everyone puts cameras up in full care units if they can no longer use the phone. Optimal Care- the staff is outstanding- they care so much for everyone. The place has a great vibe thanks to the staff and happy Seniors. The events for the Senior Residents is top notch! And for an added bonus Denice the bus driver makes everyone’s life easier. Driving them often to where they need to go. I also hear the Chef makes everyone’s life better with good food and caring about what they like. I could not ask for a better place for Mom and Dad to live. Thank you to all who help make their lives better🥰
