St Albans Veterinary Clinic was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. They took great care of my cat and delivered high quality treatment.
I visited the St Albans Vet Clinic on a Sunday and paid $480, only to leave without a clear diagnosis for my cat. After an examination where nothing was found, I was given two vague options: start antibiotics blindly or run a blood test and then start antibiotics. Out of concern for my pet, I chose the blood test — which came back with no issues — yet was still told to give my cat antibiotics “in case an infection hasn’t come through yet,” which made no sense. Excellent care and compassion! Kim always goes above and beyond. She is professional, friendly and truly cares about the well being of animals. My dog was treated with kindness and expertise every step of the way. Highly recommend!!
