Took my dog back to see Kim. She is a great vet and the staff are very pleasent and helpful
I’ve been on hold for more than 25min. It seems no one is available to answer customer calls! During work hours
Dr Kim would be the worst veterinarian on this planet. I don’t believe she has any sympathy, any care for any animal in this word. I took my cat in, she only checked the temperature (didn’t tell me what it is) and told me to take him to another vet. They quoted me $500 for an ultrasound yesterday whereas she said $550 today. Money trap, only cares about the money she’s making. She’s extremely rude, can barely speak properly. Awful experience. I will never come here again.
We brought our kitten to this vet last night and were told our kitten had a very poor prognosis, fluid in belly,suspected FIP, and were advised that she likely wouldn’t make it through the night and to consider euthanasia. Given how serious that is, we sought a second opinion at an emergency vet hospital. They performed an ultrasound and confirmed there was no fluid in her abdomen.
