We have been coming to this clinic for a long time and have always had positive experiences, which is why I am giving five stars. Many of the vets here, including the female vet who initially saw us have shown nothing but kindness, compassion, and genuine care. She spoke gently, treated Queenie with tenderness, and made an incredibly difficult moment feel a little more bearable.
