I changed over to Primary care months ago. I had an initial visit June 3rd. I was supposed to get 2 different test done and still 2 months later I do not have a diagnostic imaging appointment. I called them and was told referral sent in 4 times wrong and sent back. The other referral was for UVM and after 5 weeks was told nope referring you to a general surgeon and the appointment will be mid October! Dr. Terri Nielsen has provided our family of four with unparalleled Primary Medical care, guidance, and advice since 2010. She is very professional, a fabulous listener, and action-oriented. Dr. Nielsen partners with Sarah Owen, FNP who is equally gifted! Sarah Owen exudes warmth and professionalism. They both are extremely caring and a credit to the healing arts!
I always have a good experience here! The nurses and doctors pay attention to detail and will put extra time helping you out as much as they can. They will go above and beyond. Sarah has been fantastic for years!
I am unsure why this medical office received such bad reviews. I was seen almost immediately. Everyone greeted me warmly from Stacy to Paulette to Tina. Ashley who guided me to the patient exam room and did my triage/pre-assessment was very kind and patient, and also had some pretty stylish boots. For a medical office, I must say they were a stylish bunch and I let them know it, but I did go on their Casual Friday as they told me it was. 0/5 Stars. Treat you like a paycheck and not a patient. I've been turned off by the rude, careless receptionist staff for years. They could care less if you have an urgent issue. When you go up to the desk they make you declare your symptoms and all your personal information loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear. I have loved my doctor but sadly I would NEVER go back after my treatment by the staff today.
