I've had a problem for about 5wks, I've spoke to and had face to face appointments with Laura, she is lovely very caring and very thorough, she did all of the collection of specimens at the same time to try get me a result as soon as possible as she knew we had a holiday coming up. I've been left on my own from St. Albans, with this letter, through which they refuse to assume responsability and deal with my request for support. I had contacted them to validate my psychiatrist's prescription from Italy. It was a simple procedure to get my medications with a reasonable price (I pay over 180£ now) through the NHS. Rather give zero from 8 in the morning ringing first in line to get it answered 30 mins later to get told no appointments again for my 8 year old to get told we can make one at the qe for 9 at night no thanks this place is a joke
I actually find it upsetting that this doctors get such a bad rap .. seems only the complainers review.. this doctors have been the best I ever had.. I have long term health condition that needs reviewing annually and they are always excellent and keep me on track .. they have been astounding with my SEND daughter and Dr Butler is very caring and considerate.. if some of the people here had the experience of dealing with the shambles and non existence of some of the medical care in the South to compare with they may not comp... read more
