Very disappointed. Went in to have the battery replaced on my watch and it was handed back with a broken part. I wasn’t told, but noticed it myself. When l mentioned it, I was told, ‘oh that’s nothing, it’s easily fixed but can’t do it now, you’ll need to leave it or come back next week’. Not happy with the service.
I needed an engagement ring resized urgently before a trip, and St Albans Jewellers really came through when it mattered most. Noelene and John took it on with care and understanding, even though the timeline was tight, and made it a clear priority without making a fuss about it.
