TL;DR: DO NOT GO HERE. My necklace was either stretched significantly during repair or replaced entirely, and the store took zero accountability despite it clearly being longer. When confronted, they escalated the situation by blaming me, insulting me and accusing me of trying to defame them. What a beautiful experience! The lovely lady who took our items for repair was an absolute gem—so down-to-earth, friendly, and kind. One thing that really stood out to me was the atmosphere of the shop. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve stepped back into the good old days— I also loved that she doesn’t use an EFTPOS machine; she keeps it old-school, which just adds to the nostalgic feel. It’s rare to find places like this anymore. I’ll definitely be back with more items needing repair. Highly recommend!
