I tried to help my mum book an appointment here after not attending for a few years, and we were shocked to be told she had to pay a $50 fee just to make a booking. No explanation, no transparency, just a demand for money upfront. This is not standard practice for a GP clinic and feels completely unreasonable. We chose to go elsewhere. Patients deserve respect and clear communication — not surprise charges.
someone should report or investigate these guys. if a clinic is demanding cash payments or upfront fees under suspicious circumstances, it could be an unauthorised billing practice. not sure if that’s what’s happening here, but asking for cash in hand should be disclosed properly beforehand. agree with the long wait times… overall not worth it. GO ELSEWHERE.
