Had a booking at 2:15, and came in at 2:16 with my kids. The receptionist in a rude attitude told us to wait. We have been waiting for 2 hours now. With new people coming in getting served before us. Had a talk to the receptionist, in a rude attitude they told me to wait a bit longer. Don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Stay alert!!
The receiptionists are just be there to show their face without putting care and effortness to the patient. The worst is the doctors! I visited this clinic more than 10 times but every single time almost doctors are just looking for KPI, they asked and gave the prescription but didn't want to understand and care about my issue, feel like they just want to take money and kick me out for the next customer. I've always had a good experience here with the doctors. You just have to go in knowing what to expect. If you don't have a booking yes you're going to wait a long time. And it all depends on the time of day. When I first came here I needed fill out forms that were international. A doctor in Sunshine was so terrible and could not comply with it.
