This was honestly a very disappointing experience. One of the staff members, Marlena, came across as extremely disrespectful and unwelcoming. When I asked a question, she was constantly sighing, which made me feel like I was bothering her rather than being helped. I had actually spoken to another young staff member here about a week ago who was very kind and helpful, so the difference in customer service was noticeable. The service seems to be declining every time you speak with the receptionist. Jacqui is always friendly, welcoming and professional. However, the other receptionist come across as though they dislike their jobs, particularly when answering phone calls. The huffing and puffing and tone used can make customers feel like they are not welcomed. The surgeons and anaesthetists are fantastic, and the nursing staff are also wonderful and caring. Very professional and individualised care, from the admin, nurses, anaesthetist to the doctor. At every stage you are told about the procedure and asked about any concerns etc. Very happy.

Beautiful staff from reception until pick up dr was excellent I recommend this clinic 100 per cent thank you everybody
