Very professional and individualised care, from the admin, nurses, anaesthetist to the doctor. At every stage you are told about the procedure and asked about any concerns etc. Very happy.
Beautiful staff from reception until pick up dr was excellent I recommend this clinic 100 per cent thank you everybody
Horrible experience just now. No manners on or professionalism the phone, i was just put on hold after someone yelling that’s my patient then someone else picked up. My doctor sent referral Friday, i hadn’t heard anything so i rang just to find out something as i have no idea. Was told they tried to ring me today and when i said i haven’t missed any calls, i was rudely told she could go they call history and they rang and left a message about a hour ago.
