Clean based on income apartments in a very clean and quiet neighborhood.. Accessible stores nearby like GoMart, Walgreens, and Family Dollar. And the residents (mostly older folk) we all very nice and polite. But the waiting list is huge. There was talk of bedbugs, but management was hard at work, eliminating the few units who had them.
