Ross was a lifesaver. My mixer tap nozzle had a bit of limescale on it so I took it off and left it to soak in some limescale remover solution. Thing was I misplaced the plastic nozzle seal. I phoned round the usual plumbers merchants who were no help but when I called Ross he was able to help me right away and had a replacement part to sell me the same day. Remember make sure you keep track of all the little bits and bobs when doing a spot of DIY.
Fantastic customer service - spoke to Lauren who is very helpful practical and easy to deal with. This local family run business deserves to thrive.
So friendly and helpful and saved me money. Ross really took time to help me work out a tricky plumbing problem. I have zero prior experience and he didn’t make me feel stupid. Listened carefully and thoughtfully and helped me find a solution that cost £35 instead of the off-the-peg online solution at £150!
