The ladies at the front desk were polite despite being inundated with calls. Couldn't fault them. Checked in for my appointment and was sat for maybe 5 minutes before being called in. Dr Richards was so nice, caring and I didnt feel pushed out the door. I actually felt heard. Won't be going anywhere else
Clinic has been loaded with new patients beyond capacity. You can never get in anymore. I will no longer use this practice after 35 years of attendance 🥱 it has certainly declined over the past 3 to 5 years.
I have never had a worse experience, The rudeness of the from counter is insane! I can't believe these people can call themselves health care. The person 'Jo' at the front counter should not have ANY job in which is dealing with people. This clinic is completely incompetent
Always friendly staff and Doctors, highly recommended
they dont listen to their patients, they just do what they want, its the patients body and we have human rights on treatments, and they so call care plan should be rename to a treatment plan as they dont care for its customers and they messages they leave on people mobile phones no name who is for and what it is about , i think they phone customers a bit too much all the time sick of its early morning appointments at 8 am still is sleeping time i hope they don't play the radio anymore not everyone likes the same music had it... read more
