Today I had an appointment with Dr Kumara in room 10 .I had to renew my heart tablets and due to work commitments had to do a phone consult with him . While trying to explain exactly what tablets I needed Dr Kumara lost his patience. He got extremely agitated. When I reminded him that he was meant to be helping me he began to mock my voice . Great staff and facilities all in one convenient spot. Not too overbooked to see my GP in a timely manner. Pleanty of parking available. It's not a bulk-billing service & I've found that the fees are more than reasonable in a given the quality service & also compared to what other clinics are charging.
Excellent GP surgery. Plenty of parking. Never packed and appointments easily booked online. Reception and GP excellent. Most I have waited is 15 minutes.
