Today I had an appointment with Dr Kumara in room 10 .I had to renew my heart tablets and due to work commitments had to do a phone consult with him . While trying to explain exactly what tablets I needed Dr Kumara lost his patience. He got extremely agitated. When I reminded him that he was meant to be helping me he began to mock my voice .
