Not a great experience ordering flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary when I had been called away for work unexpectedly. There is NO point "upgrading" to the "premium" as the bunch of flowers was no bigger then a woolworths bunch but 5 x the cost. Obviously wording like "premium" and "upgrade" set the precedence and watching these getting delivered on my home security i was embarrassed. I popped in to get a small bouquet for my partner and I have to say that Debby was just wonderful! She was so helpful, and was really patient with me while I was being indecisive. I will definitely be back and will be recommending your florist to people in the future! Thank you Debby
I was served by Debby a few days ago and she was terrific. I don’t know much about flowers but she has a tremendous amount of knowledge and was so thoughtful and informative of the process. We settled on a bouquet and it was just gorgeous. Highly recommend St Agnes Florist! Debby was amazing.
Great flowers and customer service
Unfortunately, my experience this morning was not a pleasant one. We all have ‘bad days’.. in fact , I was having one too. Debbie’s ‘Blunt and Dry’ approach to dealing with her client ( me ) only made my day worse. As a ‘customer service veteran’ with 30 years in retail , I left her store, feeling disappointed that I was subjected to her ‘ I don’t really want to be here attitude’ .
