I can't recommend the St Agnes team highly enough! We used them for home care services for my mother for a number of years. From her Care Coordinator (Jo), her RN (Sallyanne), to the lovely staff who came to her home, their care, communication, collaboration, understanding and kindness was outstanding, and all that you can hope for.
