Wanted to give these guys a shout out for being extremely helpful. My brother had purchased the switch works alpha 12 but didn’t realized it’s a bit more technical than a traditional switch pros so I ended up getting it from him since I found it to be an extremely nice product. James helped me diagnose my issue with the Mav R radio with level 5 system. There are no SSV products in the vehicle and they are aware of that and STILL took time to help me. This is AMAZING customer service. I have their products in my other machine and love them. A++++

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! SSV has always been extremely helpful! From when I was designing the set up on my machine, to some technical issues I ran into during the setup, they were always prompt at getting back to me, and providing me the best methods/information to resolve any thoughts/issues I ran into.
