I ordered a speaker bar for my jeep wrangler. I received it promptly. The box was a little beat up from shipping and must have lost a wiring connector that I needed. I contacted the seller and they had me my replacement parts very quickly and absolutely no hassle. I highly recommend doing business with them and I will do future business with them definitely. Picked up a Vintage Polaris Brutus, which had everything except sound. So I contacted James at SSV and he set me up with a great deal on a Over-head system. To mount took a little creativity, but it is solid, looks and sounds great. I also had a couple questions about install, called and talked to James without any VM or run around. Phenomenal customer service! Had some detailed wiring questions and James was extremely knowledgeable and stayed on the phone with me until I fully understood. He even sent pictures while on the phone to ensure we were on the same page. Will definitely be purchasing future products from SSV!
Call ssv works and talked to James, very knowledgeable about everything I need to add a sub to my new defender max lonestar with factory JL audio roof, after I recieved everything James even helped with some difficulties wiring everything up correctly, awesome company and customer service.
