Ossur Motion Labs have been amazing to me! Leanne especially who has taken care of my knee bracing needs as well as orthotic needs has gone above and beyond with her friendly customer service and care to ensure that everything is perfect and working the way it should! Ossur stands behind what they do!
I instinctively drove into the Ossur parking lot today. At that moment, I realized I mistakenly booked the appointment with Kintec(previously I have always gone to Ossur for orthotics etc) ..I asked if there was anyway someone at Ossur could see me today..I was very fortunate and Leanne had room in her day..I really liked Leanne. Visited Leanne for the first time, it will be our last. Why you ask? Cause Leanne made a mould for my wife’s toes as she’s recovering from a Stroke. Leanne made the mould so perfect, no need to return 🥰. Hee hee! Thanks Leanne
