Based on speaking with members on a recent visit and my siblings experience, this is a great gym. Very much a circuit training experience with set times to getter done. The members I spoke with has been with the program for many years and speak highly of the program. These were ladies in their 40s so they joined in their 30s and have kept at it. I plan to join as well, will update afterwards.
