I went in to the Express Lane Lube Bay for an oil change on my Grand Cherokee, for which I was supplying my own oil. I brought in five - 1 Quart bottles which provides the exact amount of 4.7L required in this vehicle. They proceeded to pour 4L of my oil into a separate jug and throw away the rest of my oil. After dumping the 4L into my engine, they were unable to achieve a safe operating level on my dip stick. They were very professional and did a great job
I purchased my favorite most reliable vehicle a Chrysler 300 in 2011 from Southside, my salesman was Jim and he was excellent. I finally retired that car after 14 years and came back to Southside to purchase a new vehicle. My salesman this time was friendly and told me he would take care of me but when I picked up my brand new Jeep it was covered in scratches.
