Terrible company and extremely unprofessional. Hispanic employee with black gauges/earrings in his ears was using racial derogatory terms in Spanish and profanity after speaking with him. Do not do business with racist. I did not mistaken this with another company. This was SSP for sure. I hope that employee is no longer with the company.
We have been using SSP in the metro Atlanta area for years, they do a great job, very professional and a great support team. We have 16 locations across the United states and SSP helps us with all sixteen of these locations handling day-to-day problems, new installations, updates and monitoring. We have experienced a wonderful partnership with SSP for 8 years running. Sales engineering is outstanding and goes the extra mile to listen and understand who we are and sets realistic goals and objectives in creating state of the art solutions perfectly suited for our campus.
SSP has been a great partner of ABM for 10 years. They have been exceptional in supporting our needs, especially in installing security devices at 85+ of our satellite offices around the continental US and Hawaii. Their project management and service dept have been a plus. Their partnership gives us a single point of contact during support opportunities.
Great company to work with; from their front office, to accounting, to sales force, to service technicians. I utilize SSP for Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and gates and they have always handled any issues in a timely manner. Rates are fair market value and you truly get what you pay for!
