I had surgery on my right elbow/ bicep, Jacob and Baylie were great with working with my schedule and finding diffrent way to rehab my bicep. Also had other issues that were possibly the cause of the injury and they worked in other exercises to help with that also. I will recommend Jacob and Baylie SSOR to anyone I know they were great with helping me get back to working oreder
Jake was very patient explaining and re-explaining and encouraging. Although painful was still a wonderful experience.

Jake and Bailey were incredible! My shoulder pain had relief after just a few sessions and I’m leaving feeling stronger and pain free! Would recommend them to anyone! :)
