Our son was in a car accident and brought in by ambulance, sat in wheelchair in waiting area for over 2hrs, zero professionalism/empath. Staff was uncaring and rude to everyone who dare ask questions yet had time to gossip and make jokes. It was disappointing

Administration will get a call tomorrow. Went in SEVERE abdominal pain and headache triage with 173/110 blood pressure at 7pm. Waited in AGONY for them to put me in a lab room and give me an IV. Drew blood then send me back to wait in waiting room until after 1030pm never even got to see a bed. That was the only treatmeant..blood draw. No pelvic exam, No concern of BP or headache no scan for my head nope just "blood looked good" so that was ALL they needed.
