Thanks as yall failed to contact me back for my rehab like you’re suppose to!! Time just passing and my situation getting worse. I got this referral almost a year ago. I contacted yall if you didn’t contact me within 24 hrs left a message and just nothing. So should I assume discrimination because that’s what I damn sure feels like!! I need help 🥹🥹🥹
Hands down, this is the best rehab facility in all of St. Louis for almost any type rehab a person needs. Equipment is all functioning and state of the art. The entire staff and all the therapists are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Rehab is hard to start with, but as you progress, it becomes easier and you are healed much better when you finish the program than when you first went in. You are more fit and you know all kinds of ways to be safe in your world.
Do not, under any circumstances, allow a loved one who is unable to get out of bed on their own to stay here. I read the negative reviews before my mom was a patient here and I should have taken them more seriously. The nursing staff is rude, unprofessional and poorly trained. The therapy is good but the PT staff does nothing to help patients who are not being cared for properly.
