This facility has been extremely concerning, particularly regarding management and the treatment of nursing staff. In my time working there, I witnessed and experienced several situations that raised serious ethical, safety, and professionalism issues. The Chief Nursing Officer, Brittani Coffey, demonstrates behavior that many staff members have found threatening, dismissive, and unsupportive. The kindest and most professional staff, no matter what their area of expertise. It was a wonderful experience for my mother.
My husband in 2025 had the best care and therapy here. I was here in 2024 after knee replacement and had the best care and therapy here too. I seen a few of the the same nurses and therapists I had and they are so friendly and still doing amazing work with their patients.
