Beautiful facility, really impressed by the clinical drive of therapy leadership and absolutely amazed by the quality of the food and cafe service!! Oh and I can’t forget the facility dog, Kia, who made my day!!
More of my nurse was wonderful but I had a couple of rude ones. Got one of the nurses in trouble because she was being very rude to me.
This review is specially for the care team outside of the PT/OT therapists- if you're looking for quality therapy then this place is amazing. But I would never suggest to anyone to send their family members to stay there. My father suffered a stroke, and the fact that multiple times he had to wait and wait for anyone to answer the call light, to the point of him soiling himself because he can't get out of bed himself anymore, is absolutely ridiculous.
