They do not play games, I tried to start the process years ago but the "clinic" I was going to at the time would just weigh me once a month and that's it talked the the doc maybe once every 2 months on the phone. After awhile I just gave up because there was no distinct plan forward. But then I found SSM . They were on point every step of the way game me clear and direct instructions and support.
