When the teladoc provider instructed my son to go to urgent care and he was there before the closing time. But turned away because they stop seeing patients before they close. Where is that posted? That would be nice to know before driving all the way there!!! Won't be going back, what a waste!!!!
Emanuel and Dr. Wingard are incredible. I came in with a complaint of a possible spider bite that was completely dismissed by the er Dr next door and they eased my anxiety and confirmed my suspicions. I always receive the best care from the urgent care when my pcp isn’t available.
I have been here twice and i loved the drs. Very caring. Very compasionate. Going tomorrow for a UTI.
Yes they helped with the immediate concern which was my asthmatic episode, but they failed to follow through with standard procedures such as check my ears nose eyes and back of my throat. I have strep throat, which would be the primary diagnosis as the asthma was affected by the strep throat infection. If you’re dying then come here, they’ll make sure you won’t die. But honestly that’s about it.
