I called to make an appointment 2 months ago. They verified that they accepted accepted my insurance at that time. My scheduled appointment is in 3 days and I took off work for it. They just called me to tell me that my insurance wasn't working, that they don't accept my plan, and that they can't tell me why or if they used to accept it or if someone at their office made a mistake. Worst obgyn office in Missouri! Zero care for there patients. Not knowledgeable at all about what’s good for the patient. Egotistical doctors and staff who don’t listen. Had multiple bad experiences here. If you use them do your research and double check everything they recommend. Stay safe!
I have been trying to get my ultrasound pictures since October from you guys! It is for further medical needs & I am being givin a run around and not giving me them. Do better!! Edit : it has been handled. Thank you.
