The staff was friendly and worked efficiently. Gave me medication for my pain and nausea. Ordered a CT scan to pinpoint the issue. I was pleased with the care, concern and professionalism of the staff.
I have never been to a hospital where I was treated so well. All the staff were super friendly and kind, especially The registration person Timothy was so nice and funny. He joked with me and made me laugh when I was nervous and anxious. I definitely would be back but hopefully not for a very long time. They all made me feel like they really care. I am so disappointed by the ER staff. I had to bring someone in who was in an alcohol induced psychosis & talking about ending their own life. I spoke with the nurse Mona on duty about what had been going on (long history with alcohol) let her know this individual was going to be admitted to the Aviary the next morning & she told me they would have to do a psych evaluation before they were admitted & that couldn’t happen until the next morning so they would not be released before that happened.
