It is a shame that customer service and billing can utterly ruin the good work of the Doctors and nurses. I had a great experience with my medical emergency- both immediate care and 1 week followup. HOWEVER....2 months after ER visit they STILL DONT HAVE A BILL PUT TOGETHER. No one can get me access to MyChart. I had 1 customer service rep that I wish I got her name; she was great and told me honestly what she could and could not do because she was customer service and that I needed billing. I respect that. I don't know why the this hospital has a low rating I've been coming here since they built it and I've received nothing but love and care from every person here, I've probably been here at least 15 times. I'm sitting here rn and already have received love and understanding of my condition and I'm confident I'm going to get what I need today.
The lab and radiology department works very efficiently there is not a long wait my pcp is also in this building Dr DeLeon is also amazing!!
Great place to go for medical care. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is easy to get to and it's close to home.
