I've had wonderful experiences at this facility from dog bites to falls, they've been responsive and attentive to my needs. Compared with other ER facilities in the OKC area, I've always been treated professionally and promptly at SSM Health St. Anthony Healthplex South.
I had an issue with my bill. I called them, and they promised to transfer the call to the billing department, but they never did! Then, I tried calling the number they gave me, but the call was disconnected—ridiculous experience! My experience at this hospital was absolutely horrific. Every doctor I encountered was unprofessional and dismissive. They mocked me and focused on the very things I was suffering from instead of helping.
