I have never been more disappointed in the lack of compassion provided my mother in law after she was admitted for a broken shoulder and hip. From delayed provision of pain meds, to meals provided without thought of her condition to being told to soil herself vs help her to the commode to rrelieve herself. Basic needs were not met, let alone the care she required. We could not get her out of there fast enough. Botched routine surgery caused infections in my abdomen. Long recovery ahead of me “month”Can’t sit up or walk in a lot of pain.

Nice facility, with nice staff. They actually took the trouble to arrange to consolidate a couple of my tests for me and saved me a 25-mile round trip. Kudos to the folks at Ripon.
