Came in on Wednesday for what turned out to be a nasty cellulitis infection in my jaw. No sooner did I sit down in the waiting area that a nurse came and got me into a room quickly. They ran labs, did a CT scan to rule out a more serious infection, and gave me a shot for the awful pain in my jaw. I felt valued as a patient. I was treated with dignity, respect, and care. They are truly a wonderful medical group, and it's great to know that there is a hospital like this nearby. Thank you everyone for your care and help!

I went here on October 17th for my semi drivers fed Med exam. Nurse Practitioner Vicki Nelson and her assistant did the usual tests which I passed with the exception of my blood pressure. Tho they gave me a rest in a dark room I could not get my B.P. to meet the standard. I was given a 6 month fed med card and told if I couldn't lower it at the next appointment I would lose my CDL. Incredible experience and hospital! If you're close and need treatment this hospital would be a good choice. I was in my room before my ride could piss. That's quick. I had great nurses and the Dr was attentive and calm. I had my ct scan in under an hour of getting checked in. The ct tech was amazing because I was freaking out about the contrast. It's nasty stuff on places I have issues. However, she assured me of the safety and that the Dr believes It's necessary. The whole experience was great and I felt valued. Turns out ... read more

I will never visit another SSM Health provider after the billing nightmare that I’m going through. I received a bill for a visit that was more than a year ago charging me a second copay for 1 visit. I had two doctor appointments this year and paid the copay each time and they did not apply either payment to that office visit. I called the Billing Department and explained my billing issues.
