This Sun Prairie location has the worst people in the medical field especially horrible therapists as well I wish I never had anyone and never set foot in the Sun Prairie location ever I will never except anyone at this location in my life again
Fantastic place
They have no auto refill and no app. They are incapable of syncing meds so you only have to come once a month. Their refill form is completely genaric so you have to type out each med every month. And the final straw: when my doc prescribed meds that were otc, i called them 4 days later to see why they hadn't notified me of them being filled and it took her for ever to even acknowledge that those scripts existed and then she explained that they were otc so... *shrug*.
