Everyone is really nice and care about me.
Was going to be late. I called. They said ok. I get there at 2:13pm and my appt was at 2pm. I was for 45 min then they tell me they can't see me and I need to call to reschedule. Rude

THE WORST CLINICAL STAFF EVER. Dr Oetting is wonderful and amazing however the clinical and office staff is incompetent, does not do their job correctly, and takes forever to respond or do anything!! Have had nothing but problems with this office in the last 4 years. Their attitudes are terrible and they have even argued with me multiple times over situations involving MY children.
