I had surgery in Dec and the surgery was fine, but on my follow up appointment I was told to go to physical therapy. I was concerned with the cost due to poor insurance coverage and I was assured that it would be completely covered by a code they put into the system. I made an important medical decision on what I was told at that appointment. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office today. I came in because I am still having pain in my left hand from a previous visit. I arrived at 9:45 a.m., 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and was not called back until 10:45 a.m. Waiting an entire hour after arriving early is unacceptable. During that time, I watched multiple patients come and go. I have 2 doctors here. One I met, Dr. Tull. And one I will meet in 2025 for a different part of my body. My PCP adores Dr. Tull so he came with really high recommendation from my PCP. Dr. Tull has a wonderful bedside manner. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about my upcoming surgery. I have 100% confidence in him doing a great job to help me become independent again.
