This office has had my mother’s referral since January and still refuses to schedule an appointment. My mother has been experiencing serious symptoms for over a year, has made countless ER visits, and multiple doctors have indicated something neurological is going on. Yet this office will not even schedule a consultation for her to be evaluated. Was told their doctors don't take my insurance but nearly every other doctor at SSM Fenton does.

If you have a referral and test results from a different health system, do not bother trying to schedule here. The doctors will not read test results that were not performed by them, and will request that you have the tests redone by them, but will not even offer to schedule.

I talked to Nicole on the phone today and she was just lovely. She helped me update my information and answered my questions without sounding annoyed like some receptionists do. Thanks Nicole!

Only gave them one star because I had to choose something. I would have been a new patient at this office needing to make my first appointment. I was referred by an established patient at this office. I left a message a month ago and then left another message about a week ago. Still til this day NO return call. I am happy that I am not a patient there because if they don’t return my call do they really return calls from an established patient needing help? What a shame that this is the way our medical care has become. Very h... read more
