If you have a referral and test results from a different health system, do not bother trying to schedule here. The doctors will not read test results that were not performed by them, and will request that you have the tests redone by them, but will not even offer to schedule.

I talked to Nicole on the phone today and she was just lovely. She helped me update my information and answered my questions without sounding annoyed like some receptionists do. Thanks Nicole!

Only gave them one star because I had to choose something. I would have been a new patient at this office needing to make my first appointment. I was referred by an established patient at this office. I left a message a month ago and then left another message about a week ago. Still til this day NO return call. I am happy that I am not a patient there because if they don’t return my call do they really return calls from an established patient needing help? Absolutely incompetent, my wife is concerned her shunt is malfunctioning. They insist on a fax on primary care even though no referral is required. They have tried sending 3 times and still claim it was never received. Looking into my legal options. Stay far away from these butchers.
