I really hate giving this place just one star. I'm having a moving disorder condition. It's debilitating and it caused me to miss an appointment. So I try to leave a message saying if I can get emergency appointment because I just can't deal with it anymore. I get no phone call back. Nothing I don't know maybe I'll try again it's just really frustrating when you're hurting

Every person I encountered from front desk check in to scheduling follow up was courteous and professional. Dr Sherry Ma was thorough and attentive.

Do not go here. You’re a test subject and they don’t know anything. I had to go to the emergency room the same day because I didn’t know what was going on and one of these doctors said that I could continue work. I’ve been unable to work for 6 months. Then I called them three times right after the appointment And left messages and no answer or call back. All their patients are over the age of 70 because those are the only people they can trick into getting treatment

This office has had my mother’s referral since January and still refuses to schedule an appointment. My mother has been experiencing serious symptoms for over a year, has made countless ER visits, and multiple doctors have indicated something neurological is going on. Yet this office will not even schedule a consultation for her to be evaluated. Was told their doctors don't take my insurance but nearly every other doctor at SSM Fenton does.
