I can’t remember the assistants name who performed the first part of my test but she was vey personable and knowledgeable. On the other hand, Dr Lu was not personable at all. He just started sticking me with a needle and never explained the procedure. If he is knowledgeable he never shared his thoughts with me. I won’t be going back to this office unless i can see a different doctor.
Well SSM St. Joseph's Hospital West Neurology is absolutely terrible. My Neurologist Dr. Lu hasn't been giving me proper care and has broken many office policies in regards to how he's treated me as a person, also lying in his notes. I requested to see a new Dr in that office and this was the managers response. I already switched from SSM St. Charles Neurology for the same thing. Now I have to go seek help elsewhere which will takes month to get in to establish.
The procedure is painful but the caring atmosphere is absolutely wonderful would recommend anyone in this area to use them
