I love everything about SSM. The doctors, the hospital, everyone is very friendly. They treat you like a person. They actually really care
I was at the ER. Thought i was having a stroke. Staff were very nice and calmed me down. Explained everything they were going to do HOWEVER...business office for billing is a nightmare. They billed as a regular visit to the clinic. What part of ER don't they get? Now my insurance company is trying to get it changed. I'll never go to this hospital again!!
Very difficult to get in within a timely manner. My experiance is that it usually takes at least 30 and sometimes depending on the specialty 90 days to get an appointment and see a Doctor. I believe they have quality Doctors but my problem has been getting an appointment. I guess it comes down to under staffed and over booked. This is not unique to SSM it appears to be the normal these days.
Very well taken care. Everyone very professional and helpful
