Worst care I have ever seen would not even help us run don't walk away from this place
I took my 100 year old mom in with a gash on her leg from her dog. I wanted them to clean it up and help me to know what to do with it at home. They would not even look at it. Four women stood in the waiting room dressed like nurses but none of them would do anything they said they didn't have any cause and they didn't want to deal with blood. We were told to leave and take her to the ER where we sat for hours and finally left. I guess I will care for her at home myself. What the heck
BEWARE: as of October last year, this Express Clinic is now billing as a full-service office. I do not believe this was communicated very clearly at all, and my family ended up with $1500+ of deductible costs because we got respiratory illness tests here. Limited services used to be covered completely by a $60 copay.
This is not express by any means. Sitting here now for two damn hours
Fast Care was very prompt on getting my children and I seen today. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. This was by far the best Fast Care experience I have had in a long time at this facility. The staff were absolutely amazing!
