My husband had gone in to get his ear looked at and said he couldn’t be seen until a hour and a half later. We sat and waited due to living a half hour away. While sitting we watched them turn away other person because they needed an appt. In that hour and a half not a single person was seen. If appointments are necessary why was the office empty for over an hour. Will not be coming back to location unless it’s absolutely necessary.
I have been here several times. Every experience has been wonderful and the staff here is amazing! They care about you. Usually there's not a long wait to be seen(if at all)However, if there is a wait they are really professional and offer you a time to come back. Overall, is been a great place for my family. I strongly recommend. I will be back. People need to stop hating
