My wife and I both had bad experiences with Dr Anumu. She refused to listen to us as patients. I also had a bad experience with an older doctor there )can't remember her name. I went in for extreme sinus pain felt in my teeth. The Dr told me to see a dentist. Really? I took some strong sinus & allergy meds and the pain went away in 2 hours. That Dr is no longer at SSM Lena. We now go to FHN Lena and had no bad experiences. All good.
Apparently the vast majority of the staff over here doesn’t care about patients. Made an appointment and travelled to find out the appointment disappeared when I checked to make sure it was there before I travelled to get there. According to them, the appointment never existed. Blamed it on WiFi and wouldn’t check for any upcoming appointments while I was there. I was instead told to go to urgent care and straight up told them it wasn’t an urgent care situation. Quick at getting back to appointment, friendly staff, very informative. Would definitely recommend 😊
Julio is my primary, and he is absolutely wonderful. Always caring, always looking at the entire person, and not just a list of symptoms. The nurses are fantastic, and I have never had a bad experience here.
Absolutely ridiculous!!! I had an appointment at 4pm as a new patient, never was seen and checked up on once! I ended up walking out after 1 hour and 10 minutes of sitting there in a room!!! So back to FHN I go!!
