Shelly Merritt recommended admitting myself into the mental ward at our last visit due to distress from pain and symptoms. It took Northwest ONE visit to find a TUMOR in my skull causing my pain and symptoms. Shame on you Shelly Merritt, shame on Mosaic. Friendly staff but the same as any other Mosaic office... Keep trying to bandaid the symptoms instead of finding and fixing the actual problem. Will not be returning.
