Staff has no customer service the communication is horrible the doctor was nice but not worth the staff. My baby was 3 weeks past his appointment due to no communication that he needed one, when I brought the issue to the nurse she tried to argue with me about it and had an attitude. Upon arriving at his first appointment I overheard the nursing staff from the urgent care side laughing and complaining about dealing with a special needs child I will not be back very rude and unprofessional.
Hannah! I called today to make an appt for my daughter and they are booked up till August. I explained I needed her to be seen before then and Hannah went above and beyond because she called me back letting me know she found a spot for us before August. She made my day. Thank you Hannah, you are who the people need.
