I'm giving this practice three stars not because I have any issues with my provider. I'm giving it three stars because if my daughter is sick, I can NEVER get her in to see her pediatrician. While the urgent care staff is sufficient enough, my daughter's health is the most important thing in the world to me and I absolutely loath the fact that she can't get consistent care from her pediatrician when it's needed most. I love Dr Holzum and her team!!!!
Staff has no customer service the communication is horrible the doctor was nice but not worth the staff. My baby was 3 weeks past his appointment due to no communication that he needed one, when I brought the issue to the nurse she tried to argue with me about it and had an attitude. Upon arriving at his first appointment I overheard the nursing staff from the urgent care side laughing and complaining about dealing with a special needs child I will not be back very rude and unprofessional.
