Been waiting an hour already to see a doctor. No there are not people in the waiting room. I was here to establish care and nowing thinking i should have went elsewhere. I only waited 10 mins for my sons appointment at mu and the dr came after we got bk in another 10. Not sure what goes on in this office building besides a lot of laughing and talking. Literally think er triage level 4 would be seen quicker then this. Dont go here if u have kids or a job cause they will be waiting on u.

Saw Dr. Haleigh Hughes. Came in as a new patient and initially like her but then I got abnormal labs back that were critical evolving my iron/CBC and they never bothered to call and check on me. I was telling them I had shortness of breath and chest discomfort in my visit and got told my lungs were fine and I had an ear infection. I had to message the provider about the abnormal labs and she messaged me back two days later asking me about symptoms but never even tried to call. If I could give 0 stars I would. The visit with Doctor Wheat was bad enough. I came for a physical but it was a rushed visit with her saying how frustrating it was that physicians don’t know the answers to a health questions. Not knowledgeable and barely did any kind of an exam. Asked my medications and out the door. Then there was deceptive billing. Called 3 times and was immediately put on hold and sent straight to voice-mail after 11 minutes of waiting.
