I have no idea how there are bad reviews about service… the front desk was SO nice and very accommodating. I was late because there is ZERO parking down there.. not their fault. Dr Clark is so so nice.. so kind, takes time to explain things. Great experience.
This office is the worst. I constantly have to call and have the receptionist fax a referral over to my PCM to schedule a specialist they want me to see. They say they will, they never have. It’s been 4 calls and they still won’t. When I ask if they have the proper fax number, they say they don’t. AFTER I asked if they will send the referral over. How can you say “I will fax it over,” and DONT HAVE THE RIGHT NUMBER. This isn’t to mention the lack of caring and interest the doctors in this office show. I waited 2 hours in the... read more
