The doctors here were nice and professional, BUT a certian nurse who handled the injection jammed the needle into my wife’s arm so hard that it caused immediate pain and even bleeding. Politeness doesn’t excuse careless technique. This was completely unprofessional, and we left very disappointed with the level of care on this.

Terrible providers. They will deny you any form of birth control.

Horrible place. They allow medical assistants like this one named cadence to deny people treatment. Days after giving birth under their care they refused to treat my uti. See screen shots. Last UTI I had my primary also with Ssm at the time took 4 days to give me an antibiotic, again followed advice of a medical assistant named Taylor. Do not go to ofallon office. Had an appointment for 4 pm, because of the remodel all doors were closed so I waited to be called in. Nobody ever called, I waited until 5pm and tried to wait by the door but never caught anyone. It’s quite a drive from my house and I was quite upset I wasted gas money and an hour of my few days off not to even be seen.
