Has taken over 2 months to get paperwork I need for insurance. Me and my pharmacy have both called multiple times a week every week and keep getting told they’ll send the message back. No communication from the doctors, and the dumbest office hours I’ve ever seen. The office hours could be more forgivable if there was a voicemail box- but there isn’t. Dr. Hill is incredible! She is very knowledgeable and explains things well in layman’s terms. She’s calm vibes, and makes me feel comfortable! Also Angela (AP) was amazing when she did my bloodwork. I’m terrified of needles, and she was so fast and understanding!! Lovely staff!
