Have always had a good experience with the entire office. Great team of providers to be working with!
If you are on testosterone meds this place does not take your needs seriously. You have to jump through hoops for refills. The staff will give excuses. Then, when you end up on sooner care they'll make you wait for months and then give the excuse that they are just really backed up and tell you to call your own insurance company. I want to tell them, "Really, you're four months behind on getting meds to your paitents? That cannot be true." I don't have another way to explain it. Making the switch to SSM health has been a great decision. Rachel Garrison is a wonderful doctor who makes me feel heard when I have a problem and not just another number on their chart. Feeling like someone wants to help you can make a load of difference and the people and SSM have done that.
