ordered a doordash for all their employees. cost was over $400. tipped $0 with icy roads. not cool!
I went in to have my first scan as someone who has scoliosis thinking they would help me creat a plan of action going forward, a plan made in place to help me with my day to day function and comfort of living. I was told by someone very flippantly that “yeah, you have two really bad curves in your spine that we won’t do anything for. I recommend Pilates.” Obviously not a very caring doctor and he was visibly uncomfortable when that made me emotional. Obviously just a place specializing in sports related injuries.
Unprofessional almost every time I’ve been seen here they change only one of my insurance. Then that leaves me with an outstanding balance. Then I left with calling my other health insurance provider. Kinda like I’m doing SSM’s job. It’s seems as if they don’t know the proper way to bill several insurance on one account. And more with SSM the bad outweighs the good. And I used to really like SSM Health more so on the lousy side now 👎
We were a patient there in April. Lorena Pfannenstiel, an SSM manager started recording us asking why we were there. We had to call security to escort us. We filed a formal complaint and never heard anything back. Not sure what their professional rules of conduct are, but would definitely rate this location a one star. It is not legal to record a client in a doctors office. Shame on SSM for not handling the situation accordingly
The nurse did an awesome job cleaning out my clogged ear wax. She very careful to be as gentle as she could with the process because at times it was unpleasant but she was successful and I appreciate her quality work.
