In the past, I saw Dr. Jessica Bowers and had a birth control prescription with the office through 2015 and into 2016. I was not able to come in for an appointment in 2016 and this year attempted to schedule one, but was told that since it had been three years since my previous appointment, I'm now considered a new patient and it would be three months before I would be scheduled because Dr. Bowers only sees "one new patient a day."
