If your teens have issues don't send them there go to a different ER. They act like teens are idiots, and have no issues, no physical exam, rude and no help. Kicked em out like they are stupid, all while complaining about abdominal pain. My son went and they dismissed him and he is having major issues we are now addressing with specialists and my daughter went she is now getting other tests done as well, but they kicked them out like their problems don't matter. I love Charlotte and Dr. Dye and have been seeing them for 20 years. I would not trade them. The SSM office space is awful. AWFUL. Patients checking themselves in and one lone person in the waiting lobby area (unless they have to leave to go to the other office) is dystopian and lacks an understanding of rural community culture.
You can’t call yourself Urgent Care when you’re not even open on the weekends. Terrible “medical service”. Please just go to Norman
