I love Charlotte and Dr. Dye and have been seeing them for 20 years. I would not trade them. The SSM office space is awful. AWFUL. Patients checking themselves in and one lone person in the waiting lobby area (unless they have to leave to go to the other office) is dystopian and lacks an understanding of rural community culture.
You can’t call yourself Urgent Care when you’re not even open on the weekends. Terrible “medical service”. Please just go to Norman
What is the point of making an appointment if it takes almost an hour past the scheduled appointment time to be seen?
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. My daughter came in with my dad. Had a 102.3 temp and sat there for four hours! When finally seen, they swobed her throat and nose. Did absolutely nothing for this child. No meds, have no clue what is wrong...but clearly something is or she wouldn't have a temp. I WILL NOT be paying this bill. Absolutely worthless! These people got there licenses out of a cracker jack box!
