Walked in without an appointment. Got my labs done on the spot. Perfect!
First and foremost Nicole did a great job helping me get in to start process to get my blood pressure under control, and the office did a great job at working with me to allow me to have refills for meds while I wait for work insurance to go into effect. They allowed me to have meds refilled while putting off my appointment for insurance to go into effect, as long as I dropped in for a bp check once in a while for monitoring (according to person I spoke with on phone). I was very pleased with the treatment I got. I was in there to have a nurse give me a shot to pep me up from whatever I’ve had all week. I had a very very considerate nurse. She had Dr Cheryl check because she was concerned about my breathing. It all checked out ok, I got double the care I thought I would get. I was so impressed that she went far enough to have me checked before just letting me leave. I have never been dissatisfied with going there!
It was great . And as usual I was in and out in a timely fashion. Staff informed me of what I needed on this visit. They were all kind and courteous as if I was the only patient. Thank you to the staff at SSM health care ( Dr Bagged ) in Nashville.
