I was not impressed after seeing a service animal being refused entry into the medical building. They had already been sitting in the waiting room, waiting on their family member that was seeing the Doctor in the building.This is a medical building. The individual and service animal were very polite. After exiting and returning to waiting room, the secretary at the desk denied them re-entry into the waiting room. I heard they offered to show papers and Id card. They still refused them.
When you have a big family, it's hard to find a doctor for the whole family. Dr. Dean is very kind, very detailed with exams as well as results from the test. Her nurses are absolutely amazing! Her team goes above and beyond for her patients. They make you feel like family!
Dr Dean is knowledgeable and so kind. She answers every question and helps where she can.
